A collective voice

We are Europe's leading voice representing all the key players in the balloon & party industry. Our members are made up of manufacturers, distributors and trade associations.

In spite of providing small products, each one of our members has a big impact across the world, making every celebration special. Plus, when it comes to quality and safety, we are one step ahead, always with an eye on the latest technology and industry developments.

As an industry that is robust and highly competitive, we are showing signs of continued growth since 2001. Our role is to deliver the promise of our core values throughout Europe - and the world - on behalf of our members.

EBPC's intelligence and member collaboration empower us to address the impacts of this growth through regulatory bodies, using a collective voice and professional industry alliances.

Our expert groups

In addition to the mission of representing our industry, we have also many ongoing projects that we are working on, both as an individual organisation and as an industry. We call them Expert Groups and they were born to unite and raise the industry standards, while inspiring and enabling businesses to lead the way to a more sustainable operation.

 Technical Committee

Formed in May 2021, our Technical Committee navigates through and discusses the intricate (and, at times, intimidating) European legislation. The purpose is to then ensure you, as a member, get the best possible advice when it comes to safety and compliance.

The Technical Committee is made up of EBPC members who are experts in their fields. The committee is also responsible for advising the Executive Committee on how to manage upcoming consultations, sustainability, waste and technical adaptations announced for the EU Market.
