This EBPC webinar explains how the EU Deforestation Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 (EUDR) - applies to the balloon and party products industry. It is aimed at manufacturers, importers, distributors, retailers and other economic operators across EU markets.

The seven regulated commodities, and how scope is decided by your product's own CN code - including the balloon-classification question and when a BTI ruling is needed.
Your obligations by role - operator, the new downstream operator, or trader - and what each must actually do.
What changed under Regulation (EU) 2025/2650, including the revised application dates of 30 December 2026 (non-SMEs) and 30 June 2027 (micro and small undertakings).
